Party / Event Terms & Conditions

Services Provided: Services provided are thoroughly explained either over the phone, in person, or via email and outlined in detail on invoice which is sent out via email within 3 hours of booking.

Payment Policy: 1- Deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise indicated. 2- Balance is payable to Reptile Rescue Orange County by cash or check, in advance or at the engagement prior to services provided. 3- Credit cards are accepted online prior to date of event. If you wish to pay full balance by credit card in advance please contact us at 949-291-0701 and request a pay-link. 

Cancelation Policy:  1- All events are "rain or shine" unless otherwise stipulated. The PURCHASER is responsible to provide an alternate indoor location in the event of inclement weather. The client agrees to pay the full amount contracted once the PROVIDER has arrived at the event location, even if PROVIDER cannot perform due to inclement weather. 2- Cancellation of the engagement by the PURCHASER for any reason shall forfeit the deposit. Cancellation of the engagement by the PURCHASER within 90 days of the date of engagement shall also require payment of the balance to the PROVIDER, unless the same act is re-booked by the PURCHASER for a mutually agreeable date within 30 days of the canceled date. A PURCHASER canceling their engagement by telephone must also verify that cancellation in writing (via dated mail, OR email). 3- If the PROVIDER or the PURCHASER must cancel the engagement due to an Act of God, "Force Majeure", riot, strike, epidemic, or by the order of any public authority, this contract shall become null and void, all deposit and balance payments shall be refunded, and both parties shall have no further legal recourse against each other.

Additional Terms: 1. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to check if additional permits, licenses, insurance, etc must be obtained and/or verified before the event and to notify Reptile Rescue Orange County with enough advance notice to be able to obtain. 2- Purchaser is responsible for all parking and/or admission fees that may be required for Reptile Rescue Orange County to provide requested services. 

 

All Terms and Conditions may vary depending on event/show. If there is a discrepancy the terms on invoice will be the correct and agreed upon terms/conditions for that single event.
